Work Authorization for Immigrant Clients 2024
Not all non-citizens present in the U.S. are eligible to seek/obtain employment. Join the Pro Bono and Partnerships Team to learn about different bases through which clients may be eligible to work in the U.S., if they need to apply for Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) before obtaining jobs, and if they need to apply, how to prepare the EAD applications. Thanks to the generous sponsorship by Gibson Dunn, CLE credit will be available to live participants. Please register in advance.
