Apr 16, 2024
This report highlights the successes and challenges of Phase I of the HIAS Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) program. The program aimed to genuinely enhance the economic independence and mobility of refugees and other displaced people in the United States.
The program achieved this by providing participants with a package of services and training based on three pillars:
- Financial and digital literacy
- Building savings and credit
- Employment services.
ISD program staff gathered data through intake and exit surveys and other assessments to track participants’ progress. This report showcases the impactful outcomes of this program, lessons learned, and plans for the next phase.
