Some displaced individuals who fear returning to their home country may be ineligible for asylum protection in the U.S. However, other forms of humanitarian relief may prevent their deportation to a country they fear. Join HIAS Pro Bono & Partnerships team to learn more about other humanitarian forms of relief from removal for individuals ineligible for asylum, including U Visas, T Visas, VAWA, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (among others).
