Aug 11, 2015
In an August 8, 2015, article for Truthout, Larissa Converti describes Ecuador's long history as a host country for refugees, noting HIAS' work in the region. She writes:
"Easily able to sympathize with Colombian refugees and their difficult journey, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) has offered a helping hand.
