Double Your Gift with an Employer Match

Many companies will match donations their employees make — sometimes doubling or even tripling your gift. If your employer offers a matching gift program, your contribution can go even further to help refugees and asylum seekers find welcome, safety, and opportunity.

How Matching Gifts Work (in 4 quick steps)

  1. Make your donation to HIAS.
  2. Ask your employer or check your giving portal to see if matching is available for charitable gifts.
  3. Submit your match request through your company’s online portal or paper form using the information below.
  4. We’ll handle the rest. Your employer sends the match directly to HIAS.

Tip: Many companies also match gifts from retirees and spouses — be sure to ask.
