Να αποσυρθεί άμεσα η παράνομη αναστολή της πρόσβασης στο άσυλο στην Ελλάδα Οι υπογράφουσες οργανώσεις της Κοινωνίας των Πολιτών καταδικάζουμε ως παράνομη και ανεπίτρεπτη τη νομοθετική διάταξη που ψηφίστηκε από τη Βουλή την Παρασκευή 11 Ιουλίου 2025 (άρθρο 79 Ν 5218/2025), με την οποία αναστέλλεται για τρεις μήνες η υποβολή αιτήσεων ασύλου από ανθρώπους που φτάνουν στη χώρα από τη Βόρεια Αφρική και προβλέπεται η άμεση απέλασή τους από τη χώρα χωρίς καταγραφή.
