One Year Later: The Invasion of Ukraine

On February 24, 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine, launching a full-scale war and creating a forced displacement crisis both within and across the country’s borders. Since then, more than 8 million people have fled the country seeking safety, among them women, girls, immigrants, and other minority groups, particularly vulnerable to violence, exploitation, and trafficking.
